2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If not satisfied with workmanship quality, we will return to correct issues at no charge or provide an appropriate refund.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

  • Workmanship Issues: Work not meeting industry standards
  • Service Not Completed: Services paid but not delivered
  • Billing Errors: Overcharges or incorrect billing
  • Cancellation: With adequate notice before service

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Diagnostic fees where work was declined
  • Emergency service fees
  • Permit fees once submitted
  • Custom materials purchased for your project
  • Services completed satisfactorily

5. Refund Process

Contact us within 30 days of service, describe the issue with photos if applicable, and we will schedule a review. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before: Full deposit refund
  • 24-48 hours before: 50% deposit refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
