2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If not satisfied with workmanship quality, we will return to correct issues at no charge or provide an appropriate refund.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
- Workmanship Issues: Work not meeting industry standards
- Service Not Completed: Services paid but not delivered
- Billing Errors: Overcharges or incorrect billing
- Cancellation: With adequate notice before service

- Diagnostic fees where work was declined
- Emergency service fees
- Permit fees once submitted
- Custom materials purchased for your project

5. Refund Process
Contact us within 30 days of service, describe the issue with photos if applicable, and we will schedule a review. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
6. Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours before: Full deposit refund
- 24-48 hours before: 50% deposit refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
