1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and American Titan Electric LLC.
2. Services Description
American Titan Electric LLC provides professional electrical services including residential and commercial electrical work, panel upgrades, wiring installations, emergency repairs, EV charger installations, and safety inspections. All services are performed by licensed and insured electricians.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for most services. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered, customer requests changes, or code requirements necessitate additional work. Changes will be communicated before proceeding.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Emergency services are available 24/7 and may incur additional charges for after-hours service. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, checks, cash, bank transfers, and offer financing for qualifying projects. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
6. Warranty
We provide a 2-year labor warranty on all work. Materials carry their manufacturer warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, or work performed by others.
7. Permits and Inspections
We obtain all necessary permits. Permit fees are included in estimates unless noted. All work meets or exceeds local and national electrical codes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. This does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
